abaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the abaji online casino and betting platform ("Platform") and all its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing or using abaji's website, mobile app, or any digital channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms fully and unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

2.2 Identity Verification

abaji may request identity verification documents at any time. abaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal access until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately. abaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your password.

abaji's services are for individuals aged 21 and over only. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

• Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
• abaji may request proof-of-age documents in cases of suspicion.
• If a false statement about age is proven, the account will be closed and deposits will not be refunded.

All financial transactions on the abaji Platform are conducted through Bangladesh's mobile wallets. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits must be sent from your registered mobile wallet only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may take time to review.

• abaji reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Balances, bonuses, and winnings will always be displayed in Taka.

abaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at abaji, you will receive a 150% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount — applicable to the bonus funds only, not the deposit.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus offer's terms.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, abaji may investigate and take a decision accordingly.
• abaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.

All games on the abaji Platform are operated through fair and reliable technology. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet cannot be cancelled once a game has started.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account.
• There is no option to change a bet placed in the wrong amount by mistake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Markets and odds in the Sports Betting section are subject to change. abaji endeavours to provide accurate information, but is not obligated to guarantee the accuracy of real-time data.

6.3 Game Integrity

abaji works with certified game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and many others. If a claim of irregularity in a game outcome is raised, abaji will review the logs and make a decision, which shall be considered final.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on abaji. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse — such as one individual creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or find vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Managing an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

abaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or abuse.
• Proof of being a minor.
• A prolonged period of account inactivity.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member
